Job Description
- Assisting technical support team with onsite and remote support duties.
- Troubleshooting/installing computer/laptop hardware.
- Troubleshooting/ installing network/networking devices.
- Troubleshooting/ installing printers/scanners.
- Troubleshooting/ installing various Windows clients Operating Systems.
- Troubleshooting/ installing various Open Source operating systems and other software.
- Troubleshooting/ installing of Enterprise based antiviruses.
- Performing computer audits.
- 5 days job Mon - Friday (9am - 6pm).

Job Requirements
- Cert/Diploma/Degree in any IT field is a must.
- Possess basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- IT savvy.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to communicate via emails without any hiccups.
- Able to work in Bandar Sri Menjalara, Kepong.

Job Description
- Respond and manage all Service Requests received via Ticketing System
- To provide first level support as well as subsequent second level support to all customers
- To attend to all queries raised by customers
- To be able to communicate smoothly and quickly to get cases solved without delays
- To respond to all other queries raised by customers
- To manage the entire fleet of end-user devices owned by customers which includes PC, Gaming PC, Laptops, Workstations and Servers
- To manage the entire fleet of networking equipment's owned by customers which includes switches, routers, AP's, WiFi controllers and firewalls
- To manage Microsoft 365 Services
- To manage Google Workspace Services
- To be able to install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware issues with computer hardware
- To be able to reformat, install and Manage Windows OS as well as Open Source OS
- To be able to tweak and configure detailed Windows OS settings such as registry and policies
- To be able to install all kinds of softwares
- To be able to install and manage Microsoft Office perpetual licenses
- To be able to manage email client such as Microsoft Outlook
- To have good understanding of email protocols - POP,IMAP, MAPI
- To be able to manage PST and OST files
- To be able to manage LAN and WiFi networks
- To be able to lay ethernet cables
- To perform computer audits and compile audits into documentations
- To prepare and manage hardware, software and network documentations
Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in any Computer or Information Technology related discipline.
- SKM graduates are welcome to apply
- Fresh grads with the right attitude will be considered
- Good written and verbal communication, especially in English and in Bahasa
- Good communication as well as interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Windows OS is a must
- Proficiency in Windows networking is a must
